DEFINITION OF PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE
Public infrastructure or works is all that whose purpose is to create, renew or construct goods which provide a social service which an Administration takes on itself or through contracts with individuals, such as the drinking water system, drainage, rain water drainage, street lighting, pavements, roads, public buildings, etc.

DUTIES OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENT
• Drawing up projects for carrying out public works.
• Project management of the public works promoted by the Town Hall.
• Technical Supervision of the public works carried out by other
Public Administrations.
• Relations with other public administrations (Autonomic Gobernement, Provincial Community, Ministry of Development, etc.)
• Drafting of documents.
• Reports on the public works projects to be carried out by other
administrations.
• Management of subsidies.
• Public attention service

• Upgrading and improving the Rincón de la Zofra. (TOWN HALL)
• Construction of an artificial turf Football Pitch and re-urbanisation of the
surroundings of the el Vincle sports centre. (TOWN HALL)
• Lighting of the El Vincle artificial turf football pitch (TOWN HALL)
• Lighting of the Camino La Vila (TOWN HALL)
• Upgrading and improving the Leisure Area of the Plaza Don Carlos (COUNCIL)
• Sanitation of Amerador. (PROAGUAS)
• Improving the drinking water network. (MUNICIPAL WATERS)
• Opening a subterranean access in Amerador. (IFGV)
• Pedestrianisation of the Amerador level crossing. (IFGV)
