The most typical dishes of El Campello, such as the “Caldero campellero” (the Campello cauldron), “el arroz a banda” (fisherman’s rice), “el arroz meloso” (creamy rice), “la fideuà” (noodle paella), “la bogueta amb tomaca” (sardines in tomato), “la olleta borda” (vegetable and rice stew) and “el bollitori” (a cod, potato and vegetable dish), are always meticulously prepared by the restaurants in the town.
An example of this care and meticulous preparation of the dishes is the celebration of various Gastronomy events all over the year. These events attract numerous visitors, who are in love with our gastronomy and who come from afar to taste Campello cuisine.
